There are a few books available on Windows Azure & cloud computing in general that have references to SQL Azure, but Pro SQL Azure is the first book dedicated solely to SQL Azure. It's clear that the authors are experienced SQL Server Developers & even more importantly SQL Azure developers, because this book is written from a developer's point of view.
