This book is a collection of essays written by Post Keynesian economists that attempts to deal with , update and extend Keynes's analysis of uncertainty as presented in the General Theory(1936;GT) and first presented by Keynes in his A Treatise on Probability(1921;TP).Unfortunately,none of the contributors understands what it was that Keynes did in the TP ,where uncertainty was dealt with in chapter 6 with a logical operator,V,and in chapter 26 in sections 6-8 by his w index , where w was normalized and defined on the unit interval[0,1].
